Pedasí is the town at the heart of the Azuero coast in Los Santos, and our base. It has the shops, restaurants and services that the beach areas around it lack, with the Isla Iguana wildlife refuge, sportfishing and several beaches close by. Most buyers who choose this part of Panama spend their time in Pedasí, whether they buy in town or on the coast around it.
Listings in Pedasí itself are few at the moment: a 109-hectare property at $400,000 and a pair of twin lots on 1,200 m². Most of what we sell sits a short drive away, in Playa Venao (21 listings), Cañas (15) and El Ciruelo (5).
